Meet Kyle reilly

Strength and performance coach with a background rooted in competitive athletics and real-world experience.

Kyle’s fitness journey began early, training in the basement with his dad before school and later evolving through CrossFit and college lacrosse. Years of performance driven training eventually led to burnout, pushing him to shift his focus toward long-term health, strength, and sustainability.

After working with athletes at PowerTrain, Kyle competed in his first bodybuilding show—an experience that reinforced discipline while also exposing the realities of food obsession, binge eating, and body image struggles.

Today, he helps clients build strength, balance, and confidence in a way that supports both progress and long-term well-being.


Fitness should empower you, not control you. Real progress comes from consistent, intentional work over time—physically and mentally.

My coaching is built around sustainable training, practical nutrition, and developing real resilience both in the gym and in everyday life.

Pushing past discomfort has shaped my journey, from stepping on a bodybuilding stage to guiding clients through setbacks. That mindset is the foundation of how I coach.

Meet Savanna

Savanna is the behind-the-scenes engine of KR Performance. As co-founder, she manages operations, client onboarding, systems, and the overall brand experience. She also brings an athletic background of her own, shaped by years of competitive sports and strength training, which fuels her understanding of the client journey and what it takes to build sustainable progress.

Savanna works closely with every aspect of the business to ensure the coaching experience is seamless from start to finish, providing clients with consistent, clear, and high-quality support throughout their entire journey.
